When will my order be processed?

In most cases, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping shortly after purchase. If the order is received by 1 p.m., we will process the goods on the same day. The average delivery time for our packages is 3-4 working days.

Where can I find my tracking number?

You will receive the tracking number by email 2-3 working days after your order.

Can I change or cancel my order later?

It is possible to make subsequent changes to the order within 2 hours. Just write to our support.

Cancellation:

  • You should contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • We cannot cancel an order that is already in transit.

    What happens if the product arrives damaged?

    If the product is damaged, you should report the damage to us within 24 hours of receiving it. Otherwise we cannot consider the complaint.

    Within this period, we will cover the costs of return shipping and replace the product. In this case, you should send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product.
